The swing arm's rotation is flexible, and the operation and material selection are simple; it is made of high-quality seamless steel tubes and processed into pillars, which are supported by top and bottom holes, to ensure the flexible rotation and good reliability of the upper beating board; and the punching width ranges between 3” to 10’’, the switch is operated with both hands to ensure the safety of the operators. The position of the rocker may be modified using the hand wheel at the top of the machine, and the cutting troke is regulated using a timer to simply get the best cutting position, the working efficiency is enhanced, and the die cutter and cushion board's life span is extended. The inertial of the flying wheel is utilized to store energy, which saves the energy.
