Metalized BOPP

Biaxially oriented metallized polypropylene film that is heat sealable on the non-metalized side. Transparent film is used to make metalized film. This is accomplished through vacuum metallizing, which involves coating a layer of film with a layer of aluminum. Such goods have grown in popularity during the previous decade. All of this is due to very strong technical and environmental features, as well as metal savings during the manufacturing process and the flexibility of conceivable uses. This film, unlike the well-known aluminum foil, does not fracture or tear and has somewhat lower barrier qualities. Furthermore, its manufacture is less expensive and uses around 130 times less aluminum. Polypropylene and polyester films are the most commonly utilized in the creation of metalized ones. Both of these videos are available from us.

Advantages

  1. * Excellent mechanical and barrier characteristics (low permeability of steam and oxygen).
  2. * The metalized side has a high shine.
  3. * Light protection is excellent.
  4. * Excellent whiteness.
  5. * Excellent adherence on the aluminum side.
  6. * Friction coefficient that is stable.
